The GrandToronto.ca Portal is created by the Toronto Radio Co-operative (RTA), a non-profit organization that operates the Choq-FM 105.1 radio. This project aims to help Francophones and Francophiles in the Toronto area know the resources, activities, goods and services available in French. The content is updated for the Francophone community of Toronto.
