The Ottawa Public Library ( OPL ) is the library system of Ottawa and is the largest bilingual library (English and French) in North America.The Ottawa Public Library has 33 locations and offers a variety of programs for all ages and suitable for FSL participants and francophones. Programs are offered solely in French and also as s bilingual experience. Programs include story time, teen drop-in, adult French conversation group, playtime, game night, arts & crafts and much more!
